What is connectivity?
By subscribing to connectivity, you can use connected applications that require a telecommunications network. You can access the connected applications via R-LINK Store.
How do I switch from My Z.E. Connect to My Z.E. Interactive?
To use My Z.E. Interactive, you must first register on My Z.E. Online and subscribe to My Z.E. Connect. You can subscribe to My Z.E. Interactive from My Z.E. Online.
The Electric connected services application stopped working on my Renault ZOE. Why?
When your new vehicle is delivered, you benefit from two years of My Z.E. Connect free of charge, which allows you to check the charge level of your battery remotely. You will get one year of My Z.E. Inter@ctive, which allows you to schedule charging times and set up air conditioning and heating settings (see details of the service offer in the welcome letter delivered with your vehicle). When these free annual subscriptions expire, you can renew them for free on My Z.E. Connect service on R-LINK Store, or subscribe to our paid My Z.E. Inter@ctive.
